Lesson Details
Each 30-minute lesson focuses on water safety with a balanced blend of survival swim skills and traditional swim techniques, all tailored to your child’s needs. Our approach emphasizes building confidence in the water through foundational skills such as floating, kicking, and breath control.
Lessons are structured four times per week for a set number of weeks depending on the package you select. This consistent schedule allows children to practice regularly, develop muscle memory, and progress more quickly. This helps them become safer swimmers in less time.
The ultimate goal is for your child to master the swim-float-swim method which is an essential life-saving skill that teaches them how to reach safety independently. Our lessons provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment to help your child develop strong swimming abilities while fostering a love for the water.

We do swim in light to moderate rain, as long as conditions remain safe. However, in the event of lightning or thunder, lessons will be paused or canceled immediately. We follow the national safety standard of waiting 20-30 minutes after the last thunderclap or lightning strike before returning to the pool. Weather-related cancellations are made at the instructor’s discretion with safety as the top priority. While make-up lessons and reschedules are not guaranteed, the instructor will do everything possible to accommodate and make up the missed time. If a lesson is interrupted or cut short after it begins due to weather, the remaining time will be added to a future lesson whenever possible.
